Gelatissimo’s story began in Sydney in 2002, and as people’s love for their gelato grew, so too did their business. With stores across Australia, China, the Philippines, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, and India, they now serve up a special kind of happiness to more and more people daily.
With their sights set on becoming Australia’s favourite gelato, they needed a website that reflected their goals. We helped them to tick all the boxes by bringing a host of technical features to their new website experience.

We organised their data and user experience design to make it super easy for customers to find a flavour they love that suits their dietary requirements. Be it vegan, dairy free or low sugar, there’s something that will knock everyone’s socks off!
Nutritional information at the touch of a button
For those curious about carbs, sugars, protein and more, all the nutritional information has been added to the website for easy display on any device. We’ve taken away the need to deep dive into hard-to-handle PDFs.
Promote with ease
The design has empowered the marketing team to take their promotions next level, with big stunning banners and promotional pop-ups.
Get more Instagram followers
An automatic live feed from Instagram to Home leverages the marketing team’s hard work and earns more followers.
We’ve made it easy to shout about every five-star Google review with an automatic feed to each store page. But just as every gelato flavour is handcrafted for maximum impact, so too is the feed. There’s nothing standard about the look!
Find a store
By improving the data structure and presentation, we’ve made it easy for customers to find their nearest store with the click of a button. Plus, the four next closest stores will show in the search result, giving customers total control and maximum choice.
Uber Eats Delivery
We’re not ones to get in the way of the guilty pleasure of having 1kg of gelato delivered direct to the couch, which is why we’ve connected easy Uber Eats delivery as a main call to action on the site #sorrynotsorry.

We’re helping Gelatissimo to stretch their wings and move into the US. This includes a range of different features, such as converting metrics on the fly.

We listened to Gelatissimo and understood their goals. We then applied our high level design and technical skills and translated that into a solution that ticked all the boxes.
We also brought our extensive web and computer science experience to the complex data features that have significantly improved the way the information is populated, and to guarantee a great experience for Gelatissimo customers.
