ARG (Australian Residential Group) is a Brisbane-based boutique agency offering tailored property solutions. Brief
The client approached iCreate for a branding evolution which included a new logo and the development of a new responsive website to reflect ARG’s end-to-end property services and high level of professionalism.
To do this it was imperative iCreate lifted the brand through a modernised approach whilst retaining the essence and brand equity of the existing logo. Likewise, the website also had to reflect their quality and superior service offerings.
To guarantee ARG’s unique services were correctly communicated to the market, iCreate held a brainstorming session to investigate their various business verticals, target market and unique selling points. This meant iCreate could effectively position them in the extremely competitive property sales marketplace.
Strategy
The new logo drew inspiration from the existing geometric red pattern in creating an even simpler Australian map uniquely customised to ARG which was enhanced via a bold font and refined colour palette. This approach demonstrated to their existing client base that they were still the company they had come to trust, but that they were evolving and maturing as industry leaders.
This was further translated via the website where their growth was supported by custom illustrations depicting ARG’s variety of services which allowed iCreate to effectively describe their unique services through informative artwork, while positioning them as a leader in property-related services.
Additionally, the website copy, design and build came together harmoniously in allowing visitors to easily navigate pages relevant to their needs. Portals for tenants, owners and business partners were also created to ensure direct access to communications 24/7 as per their key service feature.
Outcome
The end result saw an evolved logo reflecting ARG’s growth while paying tribute to its foundations. Meanwhile, the sleek new website boasted a user friendly design allowing for robust and seamless functionality across PC, mobile and tablet with information flow and user perspective front of mind. This was particularly important considering the amount of content on the site to describe all of their offerings.
