The marketing team for the Brookhaven project needed an agency that was in it for the long haul, a nimble and reliable crew that is well versed in the property industry, knows the Frasers Property brand intimately, and could emotively connect with potential buyers through enticing design.

Adopting the Brookhaven brand meant that icreate.agency was tasked with retaining the existing brand equity and integrity, all the while pushing the boundaries to guarantee it lasts for the duration of the project. Further to the sub-branding of all stage releases and the Brookhaven Bean Cafe, a few major projects include: Display Village signage and launch campaign; the execution of multiple event campaigns such as Family Fun Days, Movie Nights in the Park, the annual Brookhaven Oktoberfest; and producing the quarterly Community Newsletter.
The Brookhaven community is thriving, shining with community spirit and land is selling fast.
