The client came to iCreate because their old nurse recruiting website was – quite simply – tired. It also wasn’t representing the high level of professionalism that is a major reason the agency has developed such successful industry links and a loyal body of professional healthcare workers.
Design & Strategy
The fresh, clean and approachable design our team developed really showcases what First Choice Care offers to both employers and nurses looking to work through an agency. It is also friendly and inviting, which is reassuring for people looking to arrange private nursing care for a loved one in need.
Technical & Execution
On each page, a range of clear call to actions have been included to ensure people can engage and encourage them to take action, from the live chat box, to the contact details, email contact form and opportunity to register for email news and updates.
The online chat functionality is monitored 24/7/365 by the agency’s call centre, making the site a valuable round-the-clock portal for client and user engagement.
The site is also mobile friendly, and has seamless links with the Apple and Android apps the agency has for its nurses that help them manage shifts, notify the agency of availability or lodge a query. iCreate’s web development team were a step ahead of the game on that aspect, as shortly after the site was built Google started penalising sites that aren’t mobile friendly.
