The Brief: Marketing Top Quality IVF at a Low Cost
I have many friends and family members that have required IVF to start their families and understand from conversations about their experiences, that is not just a highly important service, but obviously one that is emotionally loaded, and intimidating for any prospective parent beginning their IVF journey. Any marketing related to IVF services must of course be treated with the sensitivity it deserves.
The team at First Step Fertility certainly understood that, and this came through very strongly in their brief to us. While they were looking to provide Australians with more affordable IVF options; it was not to come at the sacrifice of service, care and quality.
It was important that while primary messaging would highlight the value First Step provided, that the aesthetic conveyed the professionalism their clients could expect.
