High Point Wynnum
The beautiful branding created for Highpoint Wynnum which permeates all the collateral created for this multi-residential development exudes a peaceful, tranquil Bayside feel. One of the special features of this comprehensive campaign was an inclusive approach that included both the developer, Niclin Group, and the presales agent, ReMax Advantage.
The clients wanted to emphasise the amenity value of being by the water, yet avoid the typical “beachy” feel. So there’s not a bikini or surfer in sight.
Instead the solution developed by our graphics design studio captured this ideal by making the most of a suite of watercolour effects to capture rippling water, and liberally using fresh, appealing hues of blue.
Images highlight the colourful, casual and welcoming feel that the suburb is known for, in bespoke photography of local details like weathered timber furniture, hand-drawn signs, artisan fashions and casual chic cafes.
iCreate’s work included overall identity and positioning creative, and also conceptualising the logo and brand identity, plus project managing and executing the level photography and lifestyle photography.
The enticing Bayside character is being carried across all the deliverable marketing elements – website, brochure, EDM, renders, floorplan illustrations and an upcoming video to promote the project.
The copy equally had to bring home some of the key points of this upmarket development’s unique sales proposition, including researching and communicating the burgeoning future that urban renewal and state and local government policy is nurturing.
Both the creative images and the messaging needed to speak to the investor market, downsizer owner-occupiers and the young, professional owner-occupiers that are increasingly making its home on the Brisbane Bayside and choosing to buy an apartment as part of their investment portfolio.
