The Sales Track App icreate.agency custom designed for Riverfront Residences. It can be operated through a touch screen in your project sales office, or presented remotely online.

Challenge

Your sales office is where all the action happens. Relationships begin. Futures are created.

We had to think about how we could design a space that encouraged foot traffic and persuaded potential buyers to stay in the display for a longer period of time. How could we keep prospects engaged if a sales person is busy dealing with another customer? How could we make the selection process as streamlined and easy as possible? And for Riverfront Residences, navigate the prospect through a myriad of floor plan choices.

Strategy and Approach

And so the Riverfront Sales Track App was created, allowing the project sales team to take buyers on an immersive journey through the project’s various unique selling points better than your traditional brochure or floor plan flyer ever could, featuring interactive location maps and plans, from floor plates right through to the floor plan design and details. It also included a library of project renders, lifestyle photography, video and 3D fly-throughs.

Final Experience

Our Sales Track App was purpose-built for off-the-plan project sales and gave the prospects of Riverfront Residences the ability to take prospects on a sales track journey from location and lifestyle, through to detailed product and if applicable investor information. It was the perfect full stop, on a beautiful physical display experience.

Tools to guide the sales conversation

  • Highlights the product’s existing assets, whether they be photos, stunning renders, fly-throughs or videos.
  • Demonstrates the location, lifestyle end amenity USPs with galleries, aerials and interactive location and amenity maps.
