The goal was to drive sales of this luxury Coorparoo terrace home development through aspirational language and branding elements, while paying tribute to the existing logo.

iCreate’s strategy commenced by stripping back the layers of the old creative to its core.
A deep green, bold accents and leafy background were applied to the branding in a tribute to the development’s verdant surrounds and natural tree-scaped outlooks. This made the project’s luxury designs and unique selling points digestible through line icons prompting beautiful renders to pop from the page.
We researched the best placements to ensure the intended message was now connecting with the right people at the right time, to ensure advertising wasn’t wasted and the client received the best return on investment.
With on-point property branding achieved, it was time to roll out the new brand via a comprehensive digital and print strategy.
The end result was re-energised brand with renewed vigour. Refreshed creative and copy that brought the unique benefits to the spotlight. The campaign was now in a better position to truly connect with prospects.
