The brand positioning of the development from the first touchpoint was emphasised as integral to ensuring the continual sales success through to sell-out across all sales channels.
Critical to the project’s success is that the positioning represents a strong value proposition and communicate the vision of the master planned community.
The key messages to communicate included;
- Represent the land as great value for money in a brand new community
- Share the vision for the community that will exist, buying now you will be the first to join the community
- Promote the parks, bbq and kick and throw area – key to the centre of the project
- Conveniently halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast
