Tribeca Terraces in Bulimba needed an elevated brand identity and immersive sales strategy to communicate its luxury, New York–inspired terraces to discerning buyers.

Challenge

Positioned at the premium end of the Brisbane market, TriBeCa needed to stand out in an increasingly competitive space. The challenge was to immediately communicate the project’s sense of exclusivity and sophistication while appealing to discerning owner-occupiers.

We were engaged to craft the brand from the ground up — delivering a full suite of creative across identity, print and integrated campaign rollout. The campaign also needed to elevate TriBeCa beyond just a product, to present it as a lifestyle and a vibrant part of the surrounding community.

Strategy and Approach

To engage the high-end owner-occupier market, every detail — from brand identity and photography to print textures and display materials — was carefully curated to evoke quality and elegance.

iCreate also developed a localised campaign strategy, engaging nearby businesses and community figures as part of the brand narrative. This not only grounded TriBeCa in its real-world location but also helped potential buyers imagine themselves as part of a living, breathing neighbourhood.
