A small but stunning display that packed a powerful punch at TriBeCa Terrace Homes, plus a custom designed Sales Track App by icreate.agency was the secret right hook that perfectly took local Bulimba owner occupiers, and investors alike through an immersive sales presentation on the project.

Problem

Challenge

The sales office is where all the action happens. Relationships begin. Futures are created. How could icreate.agency design a space that encouraged foot traffic and persuaded potential buyers to stay in the display for a longer period of time? How can we keep prospects engaged if a sales person is busy dealing with another customer? How can we make the selection process as streamlined and easy as possible? And how can we make the most of a limited space?

And so the TriBeCa Sales Track App was created, allowing the project sales team to take buyers on an immersive journey through the project’s various unique selling points better than your traditional brochure or floor plan flyer ever could – featuring interactive location maps and plans – from masterplan and stage plan, right through to the floor plan design and details. It also includes a library of project renders, lifestyle photography and video.

Result

Final Experience

As this project is in the quaint riverside suburb of Bulimba, we knew we needed to connect to the bustling energy of Oxford Street and Hawthorne. So we interviewed and photographed local business owners who feature in the app and also the marketing material designed and developed by us.
 
Future prospects could then really immerse themselves in everything that would be on the doorstep of their new home or investment; riverside picnic spots, leafy playgrounds, fashion houses, eclectic boutiques, cinemas, chic cafes, restaurants and more. What does this do? It keeps prospects in the display longer. It keeps them engaged. It sells the dream, and gets the signature on the dotted line. Happy Days.

Immersive and interactive to help convert sales

  • Easily slide and toggle to demonstrate light and dark colour schemes.
  • From the interactive masterplan you can click through to the stage, and then the specific floor-plan. This keeps the prospect focused on what is right for them and not overwhelmed by all the floorplan types.
  • An interactive location map helps the prospect gain their bearings and understand all the amenity at hand. This is the perfect opportunity to tell the investment story and connect to not just what is currently already built, but speaks to all the future infrastructure planned in the area as well
  • The app highlights all of the projects unique selling points. From location, lifestyle and amenity, galleries, aerials interactivity throughout create an immersive experience
  • We helped the sales team connect not just with locals but with interstate investors and purchasers too
