Sonia Jeffrey

Founder & Creative Director,
iCreate Agency

Sonia Jeffrey launched her first business at 19, not with a business plan, but with deep creative training and early exposure to the property industry that would shape her career. From her earliest projects, she found herself working with developers, builders and sales teams, crafting brands, designing campaigns and quickly becoming fluent in the pressures and pace of off-the-plan sales.

She didn’t choose the property niche. Her experience forged it.

Since founding iCreate Agency in 2009, Sonia has led the strategic and creative direction of campaigns that have driven more than $5 billion in property sales across Australia. Today, iCreate is one of the country’s most respected property marketing agencies, ranked #1 on Openlot.com.au (2023) and named a finalist for REA’s Brand Campaign of the Year (2022). The agency delivers brand strategy, naming, digital platforms, lead generation, sales tools and automated nurture systems designed specifically for long buyer journeys and high-value decisions.

Sonia is a certified StoryBrand Guide and Business Made Simple Coach, known for cutting through noise and bringing clarity to complex projects. She’s the calm in the chaos, the operator who balances creative vision with commercial pragmatism. Her clients value her ability to turn strategic thinking into tangible results.

Beyond the studio, Sonia is driven by the same principles that guide her agency: resilience, structure and performance. She’s been a Les Mills group fitness instructor for over a decade, has completed the Spartan Trifecta (5k, 10k, 21k), and is currently preparing for her first Hyrox Pro event. For her, fitness isn’t about competition, it’s about consistency, discipline and showing up when it counts — the same mindset she brings to iCreate and every brand she leads.
