MJH Group needed an agency with a past of proven results to develop the name and brand, and create all collateral across digital, social, print and signage for the prelaunch and sales campaigns.
Strategy
Named after the Greek Goddess, Anthea, which means ‘flower blossom’. She was fascinated with the vibrancy and boldness of the peacock. This name therefore recognises the site’s natural beauty and potential for growth. These features, coupled with the low price point and already established amenities, supported a strategy that centred on positioning the site as “an exciting opportunity to enter Brisbane’s competitive property market”.
Outcome
The collateral drew the attention of investors, first home buyers and young families, generating a solid stream of enquiries and property sales. The digital launch campaign resulted in over 80 enquiries in a matter of weeks.
