A historical site sets the scene for QM Properties' latest development

Corde Residences

iCreate won QM Properties’ newest development ‘Corde’ as a competitive creative pitch based on the strength of our initial concepts, demonstrable understanding of the East Brisbane property market and substantial track record with prestige property projects.

The creative has strong linkages between the site’s historical context adjacent to the Manila St Rope Works, and the urban renewal currently underway that is transforming East Brisbane into an upmarket and desirable locality with incredibly high connectivity to the Brisbane CBD.

The use of the rope as an underlying theme for the naming, logo and copy throughout all collateral has a compelling and unique identity, while the gold foil highlights and opulent textured stock of the brochure generate a sense of exclusivity and urban chic.

iCreate’s remit for Corde included all branding, the sales brochure, floorplan brochure, website and site signage. The creative themes and imagery also lay the brand foundations for a planned series of EDM marketing communications targeting prospective buyers.
