Flint Projects have a proud history of construction in South-East Queensland. As coveted builders and developers, they’ve built their reputation on meticulous attention to detail, dedication to quality, and superior craftsmanship. They approached us with architectural plans, looking for a way to bring their vision to life, to drive qualified leads to their sales team, and achieve a premium price point.

Thinking

Strategy & Approach

A thorough competitor analysis revealed the project clearly stood out amongst its peers. The closest development to the water, the largest residences, and the best location – close enough to the action but far enough to retain privacy and exclusivity. This established our positioning for the project – Live Seaside, Live Large, Live Lucine.

The project name was inspired by the Lucine shell. It reflects the amazing bayside location whilst nodding to the architecture’s unique trapezoidal building shape. This was again reflected in the curved nature of the logo design and featured throughout renders we commissioned for the marketing material.

Result

Final Experience

The site was adorned with fence hoarding and a billboard was raised to create hype in the local marketplace and attract local owner occupiers. The digital launch campaign across realestate.com.au and domain.com.au gauged 183 leads over a 2 month period.




Project video boosts conversions

We created a project video for buyers to easily digest the major unique selling points of the project in an entertaining and engaging way. It features pickup video of the local community, product renders and key messaging to drive high conversions.

Lucine proudly owns its landmark position on the water’s edge. Its desirable north-east aspect maximises panoramic Moreton Bay views and its proximity grants residents with a seamless transition from beach to apartment.

We all know a picture says a thousand words. That’s why we use photography to portray the wonderful seaside lifestyle on offer at Lucine.





Something a little different

We created beautiful floorplan illustrations that emphasise the lush landscaping that abounds. Steering clear of the standard 2 page flyer, the illustrations were added into a custom-designed fold out flyer. The design allows us to really tell a story and highlight the unique selling points of each apartment type.
