Carbone Developments’ Park House, Chermside’s newest urban sanctuary, received an outpouring of interest with approx. 140 people RSVP’ing to the launch event and a number or Expressions Of Interest made on the evening.

Challenge

Carbone was bringing these luxury house sized apartments to a market that had typically been filled with more standard ‘investor grade’ stock.

Cluttered yet competitively superior, we were asked to position this project uniquely in a way that demonstrated the higher end product whilst also taking inspiration from the natural backdrop of the development’s leafy location.

Strategy and Approach

Park House’s enviable location, backing onto a picturesque park, was at the centre of the project’s positioning – ‘Chermside’s Newest Urban Sanctuary’.

This was conveyed through the launch campaign targeted to the local downsizer market looking for an easy transition to low maintenance apartment living with resort-style amenity and an exceptionally convenient location.

Creative focused on the tranquillity and serenity of this leafy location with lush, natural elements combined with clean, refined lines and a luxe colour palette to depict the luxurious nature of these house sized apartments.

Under Construction and over 85% sold. High conversion rates with high quality leads!

As construction commenced, this evolving campaign continued to make headway, sold to a local market off the back of our diligent marketing achieving a high conversion rates across all phases of the campaigns across a variety yet strategically set of strategic media channels.

We were tasked with launching Park House through a full suite of branding and sales material, from name, logo and brand to render creation, website, photography, video, brochures, flyers and more.

The project was launched through a fully integrated communications strategy across digital, print and signage, as well as a comprehensive email marketing program to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

The secret sauce to our campaign’s performance, it was imperative to ensure that the page aligned perfectly with the wider media strategy and that we understood where our target was in the sales funnel.
