The iCreate team has yet again showed their worth following the successful launch of Carbone Developments’ Park House – Chermside’s newest urban sanctuary. The launch campaign has received an outpouring of interest with approx. 140 people RSVP’ing to the launch event and a number or Expressions Of Interest made on the evening.

Challenge

Bring these luxury house sized apartments to a market that had typically been filled with more standard ‘investor grade’ stock.

Cluttered yet competitively superior. We were asked to position this project uniquely that demonstrated the higher end product and also to take inspiration form the natural backdrop of the development’s leafy location.

Strategy & Approach

Park House’s enviable location backing onto a picturesque Park, was at the centre of the project’s positioning – ‘Chermside’s Newest Urban Sanctuary’.

This was conveyed through the launch campaign which was targeted to the local downsizer market looking for an easy transition to low maintenance apartment living with resort-style amenity and an exceptionally convenient location.

Creative focused on the tranquillity and serenity of this leafy location with lush, natural elements combined with clean, refined lines and a luxe colour palette to depict the luxurious nature of these house sized apartments.

Under Construction and over 85% sold – High Conversion Rate – High Quality Leads

As construction commences, this evolving campaign continues to make headway in the market and is now over 85% sold to a local market off the back of iCreate’s diligent marketing achieving a high conversion rates across all phases of the campaigns across a variety yet strategically set of strategic media channels.

iCreate was tasked with launching Park House to the marketplace which included the full suite of branding and sales material – from name, logo and brand through to render creation, a website, photography, video, brochures, flyers and more. The project was then launched to the market through a fully integrated communications strategy across digital, print and signage, as well as a comprehensive email marketing program to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
