The client wanted an elegant looking brand that would effectively represent the project’s landmark site in Wynnum. The bayside suburb is currently the focus of substantial urban renewal, with a number of new high-end apartment projects looking for traction in the market.
Property Branding Design
The creative aesthetic for the Point View property branding needed to be sophisticated, distinctive and appealing. The project comprises very high-end apartments targeting the upper end of the investor and owner occupier market.
The site’s location ensures the apartments have the added attraction of water views that can never be built out – a real plus for occupants as it adds a high level of amenity and an extra feeling of luxury. The architectural plans also up the ante for developments in the area, with a top floor that features huge private courtyards that are partly under cover and offer spectacular bay views.
The logo identity needed to capture this and distil it into graphic form, and the website creative also needed to emphasise the superb amenity of the location.
The client is very happy with the final results – and the website and the hoarding look fantastic (website launching very soon). The outcome is a development that has all the brand fundamentals in place for a successful marketing and sales campaign as the project proceeds.
