Windsor Residences needed a refined brand and marketing suite to present its ultra‑exclusive four‑home development to discerning Brisbane buyers.

iCreate’s strategy began with a thorough investigation of the product, suburb, target market and competition.

Analysis of the floorplans confirmed these were exquisite architecturally-designed freehold homes offering fixtures and finishes of the highest order. The project’s beauty and surrounds proved an inspiration for the logo design through a modern serif font oozing a luxe feel and easy legibility. Adding to this air of luxury is the monogram circle element bringing a flourish of elegance.
