Agent Sales Kit

This takes your existing brochure and expands on it in great depth to provide further detail preferred by investors when purchasing.

The final scope of the pagination will be decided in collaboration with you, however, we recommend approx. a 32 page brochure. The layout and design will include your artist impressions, a location map illustration, information of all the key selling features of the location and the development’s amenities. 

We will also include floorplans, floorplates, schedule of finishes, and third-party research data if you’ve sourced this (for example URBIS research or similar). Your photography library will be utilised with any additional supporting imagery taken from Shutterstock which is included in the creative fee.
