This involves using your landscape architecture plan to guide the plant selections on the ground floor. Using colour and realistic planting, this will ensure the illustrations highlight the benefits of private open green space and common landscaped areas.
The illustrated floorplan illustrations are then applied to a custom-branded flyer. These flyers include the plan, product type, measurements, north point and the key plan showing the position of the unit type within the overall development. We then use this template to roll out all plan types.
