Challenge

iCreate was tasked with launching Tide Residences to the marketplace.

This included creating the project name, brand, lifestyle and aerial photography, lifestyle and aerial video, and the master, stage, and floor plans. These were then rolled out across a range of stunning materials, including flyers, brochures, a website, a sales office fitout, social media, and event creative, and launched to the market with a robust media strategy that had a strong digital focus.

Strategy and Approach

Tide Residences’ coastal location and lifestyle inspired the development of the pre-release message, ‘The coast is calling’, and the launch message, ‘Drift home to paradise’.

The strategy leveraged the generous size of the Tide Residences floor plans; their space offering uniquely positioned them ahead of other new products in the marketplace. In addition, the resort-style amenity of Tide Residences was core to the strategy’s success; this included promotions with a beautiful render of the pool and recreation spaces.

Final Experience

Five townhomes were sold at the launch event and more than 70% of Stage 1 sold in the first three weeks from launch.

Over 500 solid enquiries were received in the first month from launch. This result far exceeded the client’s expectation of two sales per month. Stage 2 will now be released to the market months ahead of schedule.

Tide Residences Website

The Tide Residences website acts as an online project brochure, presenting the project video and highlighting major unique selling points across product features, lifestyle amenity and the connected coastal location.

The beautiful clean design and stunning photography make the site memorable, whilst simple and user-friendly navigation enables users to find everything they need quickly and easily – taking potential buyers on an immersive sales journey.

The website converts better than most landing pages, with multiple calls-to-action and quality original content.

Immersive and interactive to help convert sales

  • Easily slide and toggle to demonstrate light and dark colour schemes.\
  • From the interactive masterplan you can click through to the stage, and then the specific floor-plan. This keeps the prospect focused on what is right for them and not overwhelmed by all the floorplan types.
  • At Tide Residences, at the heart of the development was a resort-style pool and recreation club. A key selling feature of this project and essential to communicate with prospects
  • An interactive location map helps the prospect gain their bearings and understand all the amenity at hand. This is the perfect opportunity to tell the investment story and connect to not just what is currently already built, but speaks to all the future infrastructure planned in the area as well
  • The app highlights all of the projects unique selling points. From location, lifestyle and amenity, galleries, aerials interactivity throughout create an immersive experience
  • We helped the sales team connect not just with locals but with interstate investors and purchasers too

We were lucky enough to also work on the branding of Tide Residences and have made sure the app is customised to reflect the heart and soul of the project through every pixel.
